We come from wireless. With a foundation in wireless technologies and more than 150 combined years in the telecommunications industry, we know in-building systems. We're more than funding, more than engineering, more than construction -- we're the whole package. Our leadership team, comprised of cross-pollinated industry experts, can provide the initial guidance and on-going sustainable value that ensures our customers' core objectives are achieved.

Greg Jacobs, CEO

Greg brings more than 25 years of wireless telecom experience to his position as CEO. 

A highly regarded leader and pioneer in the in-building wireless industry, Greg has led several successful organizations over his career. Most recently, he served as CEO and co-founder of Connectivity Wireless Solutions, one of the premier DAS integrators in the country. Seeing an opportunity in the in-building wireless market in 2007, along with his co-founders, he quickly built Connectivity into the industry leader that it is today. 

Prior to Connectivity Wireless, he was a founding member of Sprint-Nextel’s in-building wireless organization, the Custom Network Solutions Group (CNS), which led the way in paving what is today's DAS industry.

Greg holds a BA from the University of Georgia.

Thom Antonopoulos, Senior Vice President - Sales

Thom is a proven business executive with over 30 years experience in the enterprise and emerging technology sectors developing solutions and supporting clients business needs in the areas of strategic planning, business development, sales, operations and engineering. 

As the SVP of Sales at Simplifi Wireless Group,  Thom develops strategies to accelerate the deployment of distributed antenna systems (DAS), WiFi and small cells in partnership with building/venue owners and all major wireless carriers.

Prior to Simplifi, Thom learned many technical and leadership skills through a long and successful career at Verizon.

He holds a bachelor of science degree from Redlands University and an M.B.A. in finance from the University of California, Irvine.

Glen Baxley, Vice President - Wireless Solutions

Glen has more than 22 years of experience in the telecommunications industry.  At Simplifi Wireless Group he is responsible for working with venue owners and the four tier-1 wireless service communication providers to ensure Simplifi’s DAS and small cell solutions meet their needs. 

Prior to joining Simplifi, Glen worked at Mobilitie, Mycom Network Services, Nortel/Ericsson and MCI.  Glen has held various leadership positions in the wireless industry; Director – Wireless Solutions, Senior Account Executive, business development, project management and network engineering management. 

Some of the key projects Glen has been part of during his wireless career include the initial deployment of LTE into the Verizon Wireless network, the rip and replace of AirTouch’s AMPS/CDMA wireless networks from Motorola to Nortel equipment in Southern California, Las Vegas, Georgia and Michigan, and the initial network build out of the Sprint PCS CDMA network. 

Prior to his career in wireless telecommunications, Glen served nine years in the U. S. Marine Corps. Glen holds a bachelor of science degree in electrical engineering from Texas A&M University.
